Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brittanical, including its owners, trainers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims of injury, losses, expense, costs, or damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, including legal fees, caused in whole or in part by Client and/or Client’s dog while under Brittanical’s instruction or control, and/or while under Client’s care as a result of following any training instructions. * First Name Last Name While Brittanical endeavors to support Client in acquiring or training a dog to meet Client’s goals and preferences, Client recognizes that animal behavior is unpredictable, and animals may develop unforeseen health or temperament issues, or turn out to be unsuited to Client’s expectations or goals. Client understands and agrees that Brittanical offers no guarantees or express/implied warranties with regard to assessment, recommendations, training, and/or products or services, and that the same do not carry a guarantee of effectiveness with the particular dog and/or of meeting Client’s training, behavior, or goals. * First Name Last Name Consistency and continuity are required for appropriately training a dog and/or to modify his/her behavior. Therefore, Brittanical maintains a strict 24hr-cancellation policy. If Client cancels a training session inside the 24 hour period, Client understands that the lesson is forfeited, and no partial or total refunds will be given. Client understands that they are to pay at least 50% at the first lesson at minimum. Payment plans must be discussed with Brittanical. Payment for private lessons cannot be used for group classes, and vice-versa. * First Name Last Name Brittanical believes that electronic documentation is an incredibly useful training tool, and Client understands and agrees that Client and Client’s dog may be videotaped or photographed during lessons or consultations to enhance Client’s training skills. Such photographs or videos, including Client’s and Client’s dog’s likeness, image, voice, appearance, and written communications, along with Client’s and Client’s dog’s name, may be used by Brittanical for website, social media, promotion, publicity, or other digital or written materials. If Client does NOT initial, Brittanical will still train, but Brittanical will not use digital materials publicly. At the start of each training session, Client shall advise Brittanical whether to take photographs or videos during lessons. General Policy Waivers Brittanical will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and boarding care of dog(s) identified above (the "Dog"), and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training, care, and post boarding training instructions. Owner agrees, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviors and that Brittanical, will not be liable for the actions of the Dog that are outside of the control of Brittanical. During the consultation the trainer discusses training and training tools used. Expect the first update within 24 hrs of dropping the dog off. Brittanical sends photo(s) daily, and video progress every other day. Brittanical encourages you to email or call with any questions or concerns during your dog's boarding stay. Note: Brittanical is not able to accommodate visits of the owner with their dog during the board and train program UNLESS the program is more than 14 days long. * First Name Last Name Board and train dogs will be dropped off to Brittanical unless other arrangements have been discussed. At the end of the program, Brittanical will do an in-home drop off + 1 hour lesson. All Board & Train programs include three sessions (45 minutes) after the initial drop off lesson. Your dog spends a good amount of time in the outside world doing lots of things around lots of natural objects, dirt, grass, cement, trees, fencing, bushes, swimming, etc. It is likely that your dog is going to get scratched, bumped, or bruised. Your dog may lose a bit of weight, due to the active lifestyle. If Brittanical notices this, we will communicate with the owner about increasing food portions.
